Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France was born the 9th of August in 1976. Audrey was the elder child out of 4. Her parents were dentists as well as a teacher recognized and backed her love for acting and theatre from a young age which superseded an initial desire to be a primatologist due to her love of monkeys. There was an immediate rise in her career to become a famous young actress. Her career began in earnest in 1999, the year she first began performing professionally. After her studies, Tautou participated in the French TV show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers. Tautou was raised in a Catholic home and went to her church even though she went to school at The Institut Catholique de Paris. Alongside her acting career, Tautou pursued modelling and was the spokesperson of L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. She is a keen photographer and has recently exhibited at The Arles International Festival that was titled Superficial. Her photographs are largely about fame and celebrity. They also feature self-portraits as well. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and global fame after her first big role, starring in the role of Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie won international acclai box office success and received acclaim at awards ceremonies all over the world. It's the biggest French language film ever on the US. Later, in the same year, she starred in British dramas including Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Junet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. In the following year, she moved to Hollywood where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
